Course & elevation

The Disney course is flat aside from highway on-ramps connecting the parks, where short ramps provide the only grade. It winds through Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Epcot, with character stops along the way.

Key moments

  • Mile 5–6Through Magic Kingdom and down Main Street — the signature stretch.
  • Mile 12–20Highway on-ramps between parks — the only real grade changes.
  • Mile 24–26.2Into Epcot for the finish.

Pacing strategy

A very early start and Florida humidity matter more than the flat profile. If you’re racing it, pace evenly; if you’re there for the experience, the character photo lines are part of the fun.
